STAC-U1 Systems are pure, 1-c (1-component) polyureas, resulting
from the reaction of specific ISO (poly-isocyanates) with water, even atmospheric humidity, creating UDH (‘Humidity Cured Ureas’) or
MCU (‘Moisture Cured Urea’).
They have no additives, no induction time,
nor pot life. They are applied independently of temperature (–12 to +50°C) and air humidity (15 to 99%) and can be applied to a damp surface (no condensation or ice crystals), lightly prepared, even by UHP water jet.
Thin layers (standard 75-100 μm) cure quickly.
STAC-V systems have a high solids content, 1-c+i (single-component
+ initiators), based on modified vinyl esters, hydrophobic and shrinkage-free.
They offer durable protection for a wide variety of constructions (concrete, steel, etc.) against severe chemical-thermal stresses and mechanical impacts.
– The V1 system is food-grade certified for all types of food products.
– The V2 system is even more resistant to strong acids, organic bases,
solvents, and high temperatures.
The Stacline range is designed for lamination.
