Pipe Repair

Pipe Repair and Wrapping

We work with 2 solutions for pipe wrapping and repair systems. One uses water-activated urethane technology, the other consists of a silicone-rubber tape.

These solutions can be used for a wide range of repairs such as pipe encapsulation, leaking tank joints, and pipe flanges. The products can be applied to steel, concrete, GRP, or plastic surfaces.

Furthermore, the solutions can be used for emergency repairs on leaking pipes or as part of planned maintenance regimes to protect the asset long-term.

Rubber Repair

Resimac 401GP is a fast-curing, solvent-free repair compound, designed for rapid return to service.

It is suitable for flexible repairs on a wide range of rubber surfaces, including nitrile, neoprene, and natural rubber.

The material remains highly flexible, making it ideal for applications subject to movement or vibration.

It adheres effectively to rubber and many plastics, ensuring durable and reliable repairs.

Its solvent-free composition allows for safer application in industrial maintenance environments.

Concrete Repair

Resimac 571 Epoxy Concrete Repair offers a fast and durable solution for restoring damaged concrete surfaces.

Its high-strength epoxy formulation rebuilds cracks, spalled areas, and worn concrete with long-lasting performance.

Designed for demanding industrial environments, it resists chemical attacks, impact, and abrasion.

Its anti-sag properties allow for easy application on vertical and overhead surfaces, thus expanding repair possibilities.

Abrasion Resistance

Abrasion and Wear Resistant Product

A range of abrasion and wear-resistant materials, suitable for repairing equipment subjected to erosion and corrosion by fluids.

These products allow for the rebuilding of damaged surfaces and protect the repaired surface against further wear and abrasion.

Protective Coating

Protective coatings for chemical and petrochemical environments, forming a reliable barrier against corrosion and aggressive chemicals.

They protect steel and concrete structures against acids, hydrocarbons, and solvents.

Designed to withstand extreme conditions, these coatings extend the lifespan of equipment and structures.

Their rapid application and curing reduce downtime in critical operations.

Investing in high-performance protective coatings helps reduce maintenance costs and improve safety.
