How to restore perfect alignment of coil feed rails in record time?
We view each project as a challenge, a new opportunity to help our clients find the perfect chocking and sealing solution. Here is a collaboration successfully completed!
The Challenge
The machine can only be stopped for a maximum of 36 hours. A period during which we had to plan for the complete dismantling of the existing rail, reassembly, perfect alignment, and sealing. Even though we are accustomed to working in record time, it was essential to establish a precise action plan, anticipating every unforeseen event, and to work hand-in-hand with the various stakeholders.
Finres SA’s Proposal
Regarding the product used, we proposed working with Chockfast® Red because it ensures perfect alignment and adequate resistance to potential oil and grease leaks from the coil feeder.
The Execution
Finres participated in the entire process of this project. From determining the work procedure and schedule, to coordinating with the mechanical team. Effective collaboration for optimal results.
