505 Damp Seal is a solvent-free, low-viscosity epoxy primer formulated to consolidate and seal fresh or damp concrete as well as cementitious surfaces. Its high surface tolerance allows for adhesion even on damp or poorly prepared substrates, making it ideal for fast-track projects or high-humidity environments.
The cured primer stabilizes the substrate, reduces surface dust, and improves the adhesion of Resimac topcoats. It performs reliably at temperatures as low as 10°C (50°F) and is particularly effective on new concrete or in areas prone to moisture.
