Preparation and application of the resin

Cut the pavement at least 10 to 12 cm beyond the frame to be installed. The chimney head is exposed and properly prepared. Place a strip cut to L + 1.5 cm/chimney circumference inside, or install traditional formwork (inner tube). Place the frame on the chimney head, level it with the pavement using appropriate shims. Mix the bucket of Resin with a mixer (min 1200 W), pour in the catalyst (see quantity in the technical data sheet) and mix with the mixer so that the catalyst is perfectly distributed in the resin. Allow for at least 3 cm of resin to seat the frame.

Note: manual pre-mixing is possible at the start, especially at low temperatures.
