A PROJECT FOR DEMAKO<\/h3>\n

An injection of Chockfast\u00ae Orange to protect the rotation system.<\/p>\n

We view each project as a challenge, a new opportunity to help our clients find the perfect chocking and sealing solution. Here is a collaboration successfully completed!<\/p>\n

The Challenge<\/h3>\n

Reduced and variable thicknesses, as well as specifications demanding a resin resistant to high compression loads and wear. Furthermore, the formwork had to be installed and finalized before its final dimensions were known. <\/p>\n

Finres SA’s Proposal<\/h3>\n

Chockfast \u00ae Orange was proposed to Demako as it is the ideal product for this type of application. To achieve this, Finres designed an adaptive formwork system, allowing the product to be injected regardless of the final thickness. <\/p>\n

The Execution<\/h3>\n

The adaptive formwork was installed on the support plate of the rotating system before the bridge deck was installed. The client was then able to place the bridge in its final position relative to the rotating system. Finres SA then injected an impressive quantity of Chockfast\u00ae Orange between the bridge and its support carousel. All these specific tasks were carried out safely while working at a height of 4m. <\/p>\n
