Here is a collaboration successfully completed!<\/p><h4>The Challenge<\/h4><p>The machine can only be stopped for a maximum of 36 hours. A period during which we had to plan for the complete dismantling of the existing rail, reassembly, perfect alignment, and sealing. Even though we are accustomed to working in record time, it was essential to establish a precise action plan, anticipating every unforeseen event, and to work hand-in-hand with the various stakeholders.<\/p><h4>Finres SA&#8217;s Proposal<\/h4><p>Regarding the product used, we proposed working with Chockfast\u00ae Red because it ensures perfect alignment and adequate resistance to potential oil and grease leaks from the coil feeder.<\/p><h4>The Execution<\/h4><p>Finres participated in the entire process of this project. From determining the work procedure and schedule, to coordinating with the mechanical team. Effective collaboration for optimal results.<\/p><h4 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"32\" data-lineheight=\"41.6px\">A huge thank you to Georges Philippet, Mechanical Maintenance Manager at Segal, for his trust and testimonial:<\/h4><p>&#8220;<em>Following a request from SEGAL for the repair of the seat of a rail coil forklift (30-ton capacity), we agreed with Mr. Scheppers on an action plan to meet the specifications.<\/em><br><em>After SEGAL&#8217;s purchasing process, FINRES was ready to begin the necessary actions according to the production schedule.<\/em><br><em>On the agreed day, the FINRES and SEGAL teams worked together to meet the set deadlines.<\/em><br><em>Following this joint intervention, we were able to test the operation of the said loading forklift and conclude that the work performed was satisfactory.<\/em><br><em>If I am consulted for similar work in the future, I will gladly recommend FINRES for its competence, professionalism, and availability.<\/em>&#8220;<\/p><p>Do you have a question about a similar project?
